I have to tell you about an amazing software I was asked to check out that allows you to easily create your own workout programs according to your needs. As many different ones as you want! Now, the page I am going to send you is a bit hyped. But this is terrific software and is supposed to go up in cost shortly. Listen, there is talk about the 4 minute workout and all. this is not bogus. You can get an outstanding workout that is very effective inn a very short time however, it is also very intense and probably not something most people are going to want. I do these workouts occassionally in running. Not 4 minutes though, because that basically consists ff 8 sprints of 20 seconds, followed by 8 rest periods of 10 seconds (after a warmup). When I sprint for 20 seconds, I walk or slow jog for 40 seconds to recover. This type of workout can be moved into strength training as well. However, this workout robot, as Ryan calls it, allows you to easily create a custom workout and I think you might be interested in it. So, head on over to BodyBot and take a look. Again, I do not know if this will appeal to you. Ryan asked me to let my newsletter readers take a look and, since I can highly recommend this, I thought you could look at it and decide for yourself.
